How and when will I get paid?

Bitoodle sellers will be getting their payment directly in the bank account through NEFT, and RTGS transactions. We will settle payments within 7-10 business days based on your seller tier.

If you have all verified required documents and your seller profile is complete, then you can begin to list your products and start selling.

Who can sell on Bitoodle?

Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have the following:

  • Pan card no.

Do I need to courier my products to Bitoodle?

No, Bitoodle will handle shipping of your products. You pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up your product from you and deliver it to the customer.

Bitoodle sellers will be getting their payment directly in the bank account through NEFT, and RTGS transactions. Payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 7-10 business days from the date of order remittance.

Don’t worry about that for listing with Bitoodle, you can start your listing with minimum one product.

What are Commission fee and how much commission is charged?

Commission fee percentage is only based on the order item value of your product. It differs across categories and vertical/sub-categories.

What are the fees charged?

The following judgments are made from the order item value:

  • Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value vary based on vertical/sub-category
  • Shipping fee (calculated on the basis of the product weight, and shipping location)
  • Collection fee: This will vary based on order item value and customer payment mode (Prepaid/Cash on Delivery)
  • GST (applicable on all of the above components)

ORDER MANAGEMENT AND SHIPPING

Does Bitoodle provide packaging material?

Bitoodle have a strong network of best packaging material providers. We can connect you to get good quality packaging materials that affect customers and ensure that your products are not safe.

What should I do if my area is not serviceable by Bitoodle?

During the registration, click on the Save the details of your PIN code and choose the Continue button. You will be notified via e-mail when your pin code becomes useful.

How do I manage my orders on Bitoodle?

Through our seller dashboard, we make it very easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever the customer holds an order, we send you e-mail alerts. You need to pack orders and prepare it for the dispatch within the time frame provided by you and inform the seller through the portal. This will alert your Logistics partner to take the product on your behalf.

RETURNS AND SELLER PROTECTION

Q.

What protection does Bitoodle offer in case of lost/damaged goods and fraudulent customer claims?

Bitoodle has set up a Seller Protection Fund (SPF) to protect our sellers against fraud. You can request for SPF claim through the seller dashboard. When the buyer or logistics partner is at fault, you will receive due compensation.

Q.

Would I get compensation if the goods are damaged or lost in transit?

Yes. When your products are damaged in transit, you can raise a claim under the Seller Protection Fund. The refund depends on the scenario and product.

Q.

Would I get compensation if the customer has returned damaged products?

Yes, you can raise a claim through Seller Protection Fund. Depending on the case and category, you will be given a refund provided you have adequate proof that you shipped an authentic/undamaged product. This will help us close the dispute in your favour.
